When you return a purchased product that -for whatever reason- does not meet your expectations you can, within 14 days after you have received the package, send the package back to Cayboo/Timeboo. This can even be done without giving any reason or explanation. The product you have purchased and wish to return is required to be:
- In the original packing
- No traces of usage (not used)
- Equipped with the original invoice
- Return costs at the expense of the purchaser
- Stamped sufficiently
Articles that are personalized on request or on-demand which are manufactured especially for you, are excluded from these arrangements and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept insufficiently stamped return-packages.

Return is at the risk and cost of the buyer. If the package gets lost during shipping, than the purchase price cannot be refunded. It is recommended to send the package via registered mail.
After the package is received by TiMEBOO and verification of your return, the purchase price will be refunded back into your account within a few days, but not later than 14 days after receiving the watch at TiMEBOO.
